The staff gave a bracelet upon departure, a very heartwarming gesture. The room design included two wash basins and outdoor shower. The air-con worked great, so the rooms temperature was very pleasant.

My stay went smoothly. I was happy that the hotel staff handled everything. They booked me a dinner at a fantastic restaurant and the spa without us have to worry about a thing. The chauffeur service was really handy. It made getting around without renting scooters easy. The food was delicious also. Whether I ordered in room or by the pool, everything was spot on.
The room smelled. It was horrible in the bathroom and in room itself. There was no space to put baggage so there was no space to walk in the room. All clothes was on the floor. I think that there wasnt a good value for what we paid for.

the staff showed very nice hospitality. they decorated the room beautifully for my partner's birthday, complete with a heartfelt quote. at breakfast, they surprised us with a pancake decorated with candles. It was such a touching gesture!

mixed feelings about my stay
musty smellpoor soundproofing
the room smelled musty. the bedroom felt much smaller and soundproofing was poor. the doors to the outdoor bathroom creaked. there were many mosquitoes.

weak lighting
this was fine.
The bathroom smelled horrible and the room itself did too. there was no space to put baggage so after unpacking there was no space to walk. All clothes ended up on the floor. the lighting was weak. I needed to use my phone flash to find anything, even during the day.
